Inspect IP quality, ASN type, fraud score, and timezone consistency.
Your Current IP
| Region | Endpoint | Latency | Status |
|---|---|---|---|
| 🇺🇸 US West (AWS Oregon) | s3.us-west-2.amazonaws.com | — | Idle |
| 🇺🇸 US East (AWS N. Virginia) | s3.us-east-1.amazonaws.com | — | Idle |
| 🇯🇵 Tokyo (AWS ap-northeast-1) | s3.ap-northeast-1.amazonaws.com | — | Idle |
| 🇸🇬 Singapore (AWS ap-southeast-1) | s3.ap-southeast-1.amazonaws.com | — | Idle |
| 🇩🇪 Frankfurt (AWS eu-central-1) | s3.eu-central-1.amazonaws.com | — | Idle |
Measures HTTP round-trip time from your browser to AWS regional endpoints via fetch + performance.now() (includes DNS/TLS handshake on first connect). For relative comparison only.
This IP quality inspector grades any IP address the way anti-fraud systems do — resolving its ASN and ownership, classifying it as residential ISP or datacenter (IDC), computing a 0–100 fraud score, and cross-checking consistency signals like your browser timezone versus the IP's geolocation. Everything runs in your browser against free, CORS-enabled endpoints (Cloudflare trace, ipwho.is, ipapi.co, and Cloudflare DNS-over-HTTPS); no lookup ever touches a server we control.
Intl.DateTimeFormat) is compared with the timezone of the IP's location. A mismatch such as Asia/Shanghai vs America/New_York is a classic VPN/proxy leak and raises the score.TikTok, Amazon, Meta, and AI providers like OpenAI all score inbound IPs. Residential ISP addresses map to real households and pass most checks, while datacenter ranges are sold in bulk and heavily abused for automation — so accounts on IDC IPs get throttled, challenged, or banned. The use-case rating matrix in the tool translates the inspection result into per-platform star ratings so you can see at a glance whether an exit node is suitable for video outreach, cross-border e-commerce, social media operations, or AI services.
Paste any IPv4/IPv6 address or domain into the query box. Domains are first resolved through Cloudflare's DNS-over-HTTPS resolver, then geolocated; reverse DNS (PTR) is looked up the same way. The latency probe measures real HTTP round-trips from your current connection to AWS edge regions in US West, US East, Tokyo, Singapore, and Frankfurt using performance.now() timing.
The IP Quality & Fraud Checker handles ip lookupdirectly in your browser. Paste or type your input, and the tool processes it instantly — no upload, no signup, no waiting. It's built for the moments when you need a quick transformation and don't want to leave your workflow.
Because the tool runs client-side, it's fast and private. Your text never touches a server, which makes it safe for sensitive content. The interface is keyboard-friendly and works on any device with a modern browser.
Common uses: people reach for this tool when they need to use a ip fraud score checker, residential vs datacenter ip check, ip quality checker for tiktok, or proxy vpn detector online free.
Browser-based tools like this one have a few real advantages over installed software or manual methods:
The IP Quality & Fraud Checker is based on the following formula:
Risk Score = W_type × S_datacenter + W_tz × S_timezone_diff + W_bl × S_blacklist
Variables: W_type, W_tz, W_bl: weights for the datacenter, timezone-mismatch, and blacklist signals (points) S_datacenter: 1 if the IP ASN matches datacenter keywords such as AWS, hosting, or cloud, else 0 S_timezone_diff: 1 if the device timezone differs from the IP geolocation timezone, else 0 S_blacklist: proxy/VPN keyword and public blacklist trait score (0-1)
A heuristic weighted model. S_datacenter is scored 1 when the ASN owner matches datacenter keywords such as AWS, hosting, or cloud, and carries the highest weight W_type. S_timezone_diff flags a mismatch between your device timezone and the IP geolocation timezone (a classic proxy leak signal). S_blacklist approximates proxy/VPN keywords and public blacklist traits. The total is scaled to 0–100: 0–20 low risk (native residential), 21–60 medium risk (hosting/VPN traits), 61–100 high risk (proxy/Tor/blacklisted).
Worked example: Step 1: An IP sits on a hosting ASN (S_datacenter = 1) with a matching device timezone (S_timezone_diff = 0) and no blacklist hits (S_blacklist = 0). Step 2: Use weights W_type = 40, W_tz = 20, W_bl = 40. Step 3: Risk Score = 40 × 1 + 20 × 0 + 40 × 0 = 40. Result: 40 out of 100, medium risk (hosting/VPN traits).
